Meet the Team

Kim received her Bachelor's from Edgewood College and a Master's of Science in Community Mental Health and Addiction. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, a Certified Anger Management Level II Therapist, Certified Grief Therapist, and Certified Trauma Therapist.

Kim specializes in anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief & loss, PTSD, anger management, and legal issues due to behavioral health issues. She uses multiple modalities depending on the client's individual needs.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 2 young grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her golden retrievers, both running and participating in dog shows. Kim considers herself a lifelong learner and loves to read and talk/meet new people.

Cheri received her BS at Graceland University in Addiction Studies and began her work at Graceland University in 1996. She is licensed as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and Independent Clinical Supervisor.

Cheri has firsthand knowledge of the struggle individuals experience from substance use. She has been on her own recovery journey for more than 30 years. She specializes in addiction, women's and men's specific issues, individuals involved in the legal system, and grief and loss. She uses an eclectic and holistic approach with individuals to assist them in their recovery journey.

In her free time, Cheri enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs (Tank, Mae, and Stella). She is an advanced certified scuba diver and enjoys traveling any chance she gets. She also enjoys going to the gym and workout classes. Cheri believes that life is an adventure, and she is up for new challenges every day.
